A new moon is the ideal time to set an intention for that which you wish to grow in the coming cycle. You can hold an elaborate ritual or simply gaze up at the seemingly empty sky and whisper out into the universe what you desire most.
Speaking our intentions is a powerful act because we are not only listening to ourselves, but we are making a commitment to living the life we want. A new moon and a new week lie ahead of you, how do you want them to unfold?
