It's full moon time of the month and that means time to share and gather and enjoy other's company says Adeola Sheehy in her lunar forecast this week.

With bonfire night this past weekend there may still be multi-coloured explosions trying to light up the night sky, but they will have difficulty competing with the full moon tomorrow. We are fast moving through autumn’s time with us and as the leaves fall and darkness arrives before the clock hits 6pm, we will also be moving into thoughts of gatherings and celebrations that mark the latter half of the year.

This is a great week to share a meal with friends and family. The mother phase of the moon’s cycle is one that enables us to say yes to all that comes our way and spend time with others without feeling too easily depleted. Make the most of this but remember to not overextend by committing to too much, the enchantress is on her way.

JOURNAL PROMPT

It’s always surprising how much of a difference one hour on the clock change effects daily life for a while afterward.

How do you feel about the increasing dark?

Are you getting enough sleep to wake up without feeling exhausted?

Have you taken the gift of the later dawn to watch the sunrise?

Have you stood outside in the early evening to gaze at the universe lit up in the sky?
