This frosting is bursting with heart healthy fats, brain boosting nutrients and immune stimulating ingredients! Heck, just grab a spoon and eat it for breakfast!

Ingredients:
• 1 Avocado
• 100g dark chocolate
• 3 tbsp coconut oil
• ½ cup cocoa powder
• 3 large strawberries
• 2 tbsp tinned coconut milk
• 3 tbsp maple syrup
• 1tsp almond butter (optional, but so worth it)
Method:
• Peel and stone your Avocado.
• Throw all of your ingredients into a food processor and mix until smooth. This can take a while, so extra patience is required.
• Taste. Add more maple syrup, little by little, to sweeten as required.
• Chill for 30 minutes before adding to cake
• Keep cake in a cool, dry place once frosted
