As the moon takes her proud full shape, so can we stand in our own energy and acknowledge all that we are and all that we offer the world around us.
As winter draws to a close our ancestors would have taken a moment to pause and take stock of the passing of the hardest season. Can you offer yourself that moment this week, to reflect over these three months and see where you now stand. What has happened to the intentions you set for yourself back in January? Have they changed, have you?

You are always changing and growing, becoming the unique and amazing person only you can be. In what ways have you changed over this season and how has that changed your direction and what you want from the seasons to come?
The moon is a reflection of our own energies. As she continual changes so do we, by allowing and accepting that, we find our flow.
