In this week's lunar forecast by Adeola Sheehy she urges us to take time to rest, to reflect, to enjoy the warmth of the sun on our skin. Go slow if you can - adopt a languid approach to life!

The strength of the darkness during the height of summer is never as strong and with the longest day fast approaching, this week will see our intuition easier to access and the quiet introspection of our inner winter translated into a desire to sit in the quiet with the sun warming our bones.

The darkness in summer always reminds me of the lioness in the middle of the day. She is slower, her movements languid but still effortlessly regal. She rests, biding her time until the cool returns and with it the uncoiling of her body.

This week, rest. Drink in the warmth and slowness as summer begins. Nourish yourself, knowing like the lioness your energy will return.

Join us next Sunday evening for the following week’s forecast.
