I live in a tiny cottage with my partner, surrounded by glorious countryside, just a stone’s throw from the coastal national park. I absolutely love living here in Wales, it is an endless source of natural beauty, wild places and inspiration.”
MY MORNING ROUTINE
My day usually starts with a mug of coffee, to wake me up for my busy day ahead! Then it’s a shower and breakfast. I love eating fresh fruit and yoghurt, banana porridge or if I have a little more time, I’ll get busy with my juicer and vegetables. Lemons are an absolute must for me in the morning, I like to slice them up and add them to all my water bottles. I try to remember to take my vitamins and minerals but I’m not always perfect! I usually have plenty of aromatic oils on my shelves, so I always moisturise before I start my day. It makes me feel and smell good! Twice a week, you’ll find me heading to the gym, it helps to keep me happy and motivated. At the weekends, I love taking a longer lazy breakfast in my little garden, enjoying the stillness under the beech trees.
MY FUTURE PLANS
It’s been an exciting year so far, as we’ve just relocated to a brand new workshop in Pembrokeshire. We’ve got a little bit more room here, so we hope to be able to create even more products for our lovely customers. We’re welcoming new people to our team too! We’re designing a workshop and a classroom, so that we can invite people to come and get creative with us. We’ll be teaching people how to use oils, plants and aromatics to make their own products for health and wellbeing. In addition, we’re also really looking forward to launching our brand new catalogue and creating lots of new stockists here in the UK.
