What you need:
1 large bowl
2 cups warm water
1/2 cup washing up liquid
5 tsp glycerine
2 coat hangers
tube from a ballpoint pen (without the ink cartridge)

What to do:
• Fill the bowl with warm water and add the washing up liquid and glycerine.

• Shape the coat hangers into circular shapes (about 12 in diameter) with a handle (like a table tennis bat!)

• Dip each hanger into the soap solution and pull it out do that a film of soap fills the entire circle. You are going to use the hangers as raquets.

• Dip one end of the pen tube into the bubble mixture for a few seconds. You can make tennis balls by blowing through the other end.

• Start your game of bubble tennis!

NB This may take a little practice and works better if your actions are gentle so that the ball doesn’t burst.
