We are a multi-award-winning, (very) small business based Portmahomack, in a quiet, picturesque corner of the Scottish Highlands. We manufacture our handcrafted products with active ingredients in small batches to ensure quality and freshness. (All our products are vegan friendly).
MY MORNING ROUTINE
We consider ourselves incredibly fortunate to live in a rural environment, surrounded by farmland. As an early riser, I enjoy sitting down and watching animals (seasonal birds, deer, hares etc) with a mug of hot tea while contemplating food preserving during the summer. We also use this time to do a little research on ingredients for future formulations.
MY FUTURE PLANS
We would like to explore locally run workshops for small groups of people interested in basic skincare formulations.
3 THINGS ABOUT PURELYPUTI PRODUCTS
- All our products are made in our kitchen/utility room.
- For our scented products we use pure Essential and Absolute oils. We do not use synthetic fragrances.
- The original concept for the business was started because of my choice to use products with natural ingredients to help my psoriasis as I was not prepared to use the steroid creams that were prescribed. Later, further products were formulated to help soothe my radiotherapy-damaged skin.
