Greenbelt Festival

Boughton House, nr Kettering, 21-24 August 2025 www.greenbelt.org.uk

Set in the gorgeous fields of Boughton House, Greenbelt festival describes itself as ‘somewhere to believe in and belong to’. If you like the sound of a weekend of music, comedy, craft, theatre, dance, food, faith and spirituality, talks, provocations and more, chances are you’ll love this friendly, inclusive family festival. It's a space where everyone is welcome (you might see a few generations on the dancefloor together) and the only thing you have to believe in is the difference people can make when we come together.

This year’s theme is Hope in the Making and there are plenty of inspiring young environmentalists like Dara McAnulty, Mya-Rose Craig and Sophie Pavelle there to inspire the next generation. Elsewhere Sarah Corbett is the festival’s ‘craftivist in residence’: this is a festival where you can spend each day in drop-in art sessions, crafting workshops and print-making. Artistry meets activism at Greenbelt, with Nadine Shah, K.O.G, Kate Rusby and the gospel-disco queens Annie and the Caldwells all headlining three nights of a packed music bill, alongside three days of theatre, comedy and more.
