INSPIRATION
Queen Bee Naturals was founded in 2014 following a heart-breaking and frustrating journey of trying to calm and soothe the symptoms of my daughter’s eczema. I already had several years experience working in the skin care industry and was studying for my Diploma in Holistic Skin Care and Herbalism so I decided to try my hand at making a home made balm. Fast forward five years and we have a successful online shop shipping worldwide on a daily basis, our products have won awards locally and nationally and we have received thousands of recommendations from midwives, GPs and customers.

Understand what is in your skincare products. Don’t just use it because its endorsed by a celebrity or because it’s on offer at the shops…
DESERT ISLAND PRODUCT
It would have to be our very own award winning All-over Baby Balm because not only will it help protect my skin from the elements i.e sun, sea, salty air, etc….but it will also hydrate my skin and feed it with essential vitamins and minerals to keep it looking young and healthy.
TAKE ACTION AT HOME
• Switch to bamboo toothbrushes and reduce the plastic waste
• Switch to natural products rather using shower gels, bubble baths etc which contain sulphates, alcohol, colourants, perfumes, etc because what goes down the plug hole will inevitably reach the food chain
• Don’t use liquid hand soaps which can be full of preservatives - go back to the good old fashioned bar of soap which can be naturally made and last a lot longer
