Hello,
Happy weekend!
Hope you’ve had a good week.
I’ve had a busy time at work as I wanted to get ahead. It’s half-term next week and I’ll be with my daughter, so work will have to be squeezed into early mornings and evenings!
I’m just putting the final touches to all the articles and features for issue 122 (out next month – you can pre-order your copy here and be one of the first to have it land on your doorstep). It’s been such a lovely edition to work on – the theme is stillness and there’s features on going screen-free, making a family vision board and how journaling can change your life.
My daughter and I have had some blissful sun-filled days – she’s confused by how warm it is – “Isn’t it nearly Winter, Mum?”
Celebrating Samhain
Talking of Winter, Samhain is nearly here. It marks the Celtic New Year and the start of Winter. We’ve been making decorations and planning a Halloween party for this weekend. My partner is setting up a witch school, at the request of our littlest one. She wants to learn how to fly, and turn herself into a cat! You can read more about Samhain celebrations and ideas for families here and on Instagram.
