Hello,
Happy Friday!
How are you?
How's your week been?
I’ve had a fun last few days of August and am feeling super stoked ‘cos I’m spending the weekend at Heart of the Rose – whoop whoop!
This is the third year of this delicious women’s gathering and every year, my sister and I have taken time out from family life to go and indulge in a weekend of lush feminine vibes, learnings and connections.
This year, these are some of the things I’m excited about: a workshop with Clare Dubois on the alchemical power of sistering, learning about menopause with Alexandra Pope and Sjanie Hugo Wurlitzer, getting wisdom on psychological birth with Kemi and Samsara and doing a Singing Ourselves Home workshop with Sophia Efthimiou.
I’ll let you know more about the delights next week…

Home Education Plans
I get so excited in September; planning a new term of home education content. Often, after the initial flurry of activity we settle right back into our unschooling groove!
But this year five-year-old Iris and I created a list of discoveries that we’d like to make. Some of the subjects that Iris wants to explore are:
• How balance works, and how to do a cartwheel on a tree branch
• How to climb on a roof
• How snails get their slime
• Who are the world’s famous gymnasts and what they can do
• How creatures survive during the winter
• How to drive a car
