Packed with ways to celebrate Easter, revolutionary calls to action, how to use the ghost nets that litter our coasts, radical and beautiful ways to mend, and folklore for your family, there's plenty to do this month!
Happy Trails
Immerse yourself in nature (and catch the start of the big bird migration) at an RSPB reserve – the society is celebrating a Big Wild Easter, including wild challenges, lino printing, spring trails and dinosaur egg-stravaganzas. Or go golden duck hunting, pond dipping, or join Aardman’s Lloyd of the Flies for a Wetland Bug Hunt at WWT sites across the country.
It’s the most egg-citing time of the year for chocolate fans! Try blossom festivals, spring trails, and, of course, egg hunts at a National Trust property. Find fun near you here. Or step into spring at an English Heritage site; head to a Lego brick build, or join an Easter Adventure Quest. You might not find a grail but - shhh - there’s chocolate!
If you’re in Wales, you’ll find paint-alongs, egg trails, and chocolate detectives missions at museums including St Fagans, the National Museum, and the National Waterfront Museum.
The trails at RHS Wisley, Hyde, Harlow Carr, Rosemoor and Bridgewater wind around giant painted eggs, and - this year - families can turn detective to solve the egg-nigma code or follow the very sweet Guess How Much I Love You adventure trail!

Meanwhile in Scotland, there are Easter eggs to be found at 22 venues across the country, from Brodie Castle in the Highlands to Greenbank Garden in Glasgow (from Friday 18th April).
